Technical Conditions
1. Setup and teardown are allowed only during the times specified by the organiser.
2. Electricity, water, gas, equipment, and fire-safety needs must be declared correctly during application.
3. Food vendors are responsible for food hygiene, cold-chain handling, fire safety, and official permits.
4. Unapproved devices, open fire, gas cylinders, or high-power equipment may not be used.
5. The organiser may stop setup or sales if a safety or technical risk exists.
